Tree Detail
Inspired by the felt and beaded Christmas decor I grew up with. This updated homage has a Santa on one side, a tree on the other. Don't miss Santa's handmade chenille tree, vintage German mushroom, and lots of sparkly "ornaments", including garland, candles, and even a seed bead snowman (see detail ). Approximately 4 1/2" tall. Signed and dated.

Bigger PictureI used to decorate my locker in Junior High at Christmas. My decorations included a little felt mouse in a stocking, similar to this one, but my version has some beads and sequins, of course. Approximately 4 1/4" tall.

Bigger PictureEach ornament consists of a natural acorn cap (preserved for longevity), a velvet acorn, and a felt oak leaf. The acorns are about 1 1/4" tall; each leaf is about 4" long.
