I can replicate a childhood heirloom, or use one of my existing designs for a starting point. To get started, we discuss what you have in mind, and I can give you a price range. (You are looking at a new website that does not have a deep catalog of work on it. I'm happy to send photos of past work to help with the brainstorming process.)
Very custom stockings take a very long time, and start at $400 each.
Once I've answered any questions you have, I require a deposit to kick off the project.
Next I sketch a first draft for your review. We make changes or additions as needed, then the felt-cutting begins! I share photos to keep you in the loop on progress (and delight in the behind-the-scenes!) Turnaround time varies; if you are ordering close to Christmas, I will confirm I can complete the work before agreeing to your project.
Fees includes new, high-quality wool and wool-blend felt, a mix of vintage and new sequins and beads, and the design and labor required to create these stockings. Tax and shipping is additional. Once I share photos of the final pieces and you love them, the balance plus shipping cost are due. Then I mail it via your preferred carrier.
