Shipping policy

Most orders of ready-to-ship items ship within 48 hours. Custom orders have a separate timetable that is shared with you before you place your order.  Once the product is shipped it is the responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your package in a timely matter, keep in mind that USPS Priority mail delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. 

LOST PACKAGES

U.S.P.S. does not consider a domestic packages lost until 15 business days have past. All lost packages marked as "delivered" or "attempted delivery" cannot be refunded. Notify us within 30 days of original ship date to open an investigation.
